Cancel your purchase:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12-24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. If requests a cancellation after the dispatched, the order will be treated according to return policy. Hope you can understand in this key point.
Quality Issues: 
The unconditionally returns from our customers are acceptable within 7 days after you get the package. Please send the photographs clearly showing the problem with the item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we will send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).
Delay-Shipment:
The return and refund are acceptable unconditionally if we confirmed that you did get a wrong item. Please send the photographs clearly showing the wrong item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we' ll send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).
Return your purchase:
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us via e -mail. You need to send pictures of the item to our mail box. The email subject should be named with "Order No." so that we can give you a quick reply. If you wish to return your purchase, we're sorry that you may pay 50% of item's price as our poundage and restocking fee for your returned items. The return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customers.
